Dense cities, older buildings, and tight loading areas make placement planning as important as the equipment itself.
Hospitals, universities, grocers, and restaurants here often need a trailer that fits a narrow service lane or a shared loading dock.
Across the region, the sourced state research on these pages points to these recurring risks:
Service is available throughout Connecticut. Hurricane is a leading risk (August to October). Connecticut's agricultural industry produced an estimated $3.3 to $4 billion in economic output in 2022, with nursery and greenhouse at 52 percent of farm sales and dairy at 13 percent.
Service is available throughout Delaware. Flood is a leading risk (Year-round, peaking with tropical systems and nor'easters (late summer to winter)). Delmarva's chicken industry raised about 613 million chickens and generated roughly $4.8 billion in sales in 2024; nearly three-fourths of Delaware's cash farm income has come from chickens.
Service is available throughout Maine. Winter storm is a leading risk (October to April). Maine's commercial fisheries were worth about $611 million at the dock in 2023, led by lobster at roughly 93.7 million pounds landed (preliminary DMR figures).
Service is available throughout Maryland. Hurricane is a leading risk (June to November (peak late August to September)). The Port of Baltimore handled 45.9 million tons of cargo worth $62.2 billion in 2024, its second-highest annual total, despite the March 2024 Key Bridge collapse that blocked the main channel for about 11 weeks.
Service is available throughout Massachusetts. Winter storm is a leading risk (October to April). New Bedford was the nation's top fishing port by landed value for the 20th straight year in 2019, with about $451 million in landings, 84 percent of it sea scallops.
Service is available throughout New Hampshire. Winter storm is a leading risk (November to April). State tourism officials projected about 3.5 million visitors and roughly $1.7 billion in spending during the fall foliage season in 2023.
Service is available throughout New Jersey. Hurricane is a leading risk (August to October). Almost 10,000 New Jersey farms generated nearly $1.5 billion in cash receipts in 2022, and the state ranks in the top 10 nationally for blueberries, cranberries, tomatoes, peaches, spinach and other crops.
Service is available throughout New York. Winter storm is a leading risk (November to March). New York dairy farming produced about $2.5 billion in sales (roughly 45 percent of farm sales), and the state ranks third nationally in cow milk sales.
Service is available throughout Pennsylvania. Flood is a leading risk (Spring through early fall (tropical remnants June to October)). Pennsylvania ranks first nationally in mushroom production, led by Chester County, with the state growing roughly 60 percent or more of U.S. Agaricus mushrooms.
Service is available throughout Rhode Island. Hurricane is a leading risk (August to October). Galilee (Point Judith) is Rhode Island's largest commercial fishing port, with 230 or more vessels berthed and landings that average roughly $47 million a year per the state.
Service is available throughout Vermont. Flood is a leading risk (Summer and fall, plus spring thaw). A 2025 Vermont Agency of Agriculture report put the annual economic impact of the dairy industry at $5.4 billion, with over 480 dairy farms and over 156 processors.

Rentals run by the week or by the month, with short-term and long-term options, and we answer calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Setup on site takes about 1 hour for a refrigeration unit and about 5 hours for a kitchen or dishwashing trailer; a ramp adds 4 to 6 hours and stairs add 5 to 15 minutes. GPS tracking is possible on request. Delivery, setup, servicing, and minimum terms are confirmed in your quote, and an inquiry does not reserve equipment.
